And my god, I never thought I'd see the day where the gap would be so close between how quickly my personal computer starts up, and how quickly an NMCI device starts up. But that, I believe, is largely due to the fact that I got promoted from a peon-level HDD to a SSD. Thing absolutely screams through the tasks I throw at it, and it's the best thing to happen since I've been here.
...To be fair, and I've said this before: This command in general is a great way to cap my Navy career.
The other benefit that I get with the laptop is that I'm finally able to use the OneDrive app to sync my files to the system and not have to work through the web app.
And given that everyone else at the command has had the hardware to enable this since the transition happened, it's more than a little frustrating that they're pushing back as hard as they are.
One last thing to do for the day before I get my weekend started with booze, video games, hot peppers, and lawncare.
